Thank you very much for your support efest, please follow the below instructions when you received the packages:

1. Please check whether the outside and inside package and the products were damaged and whether there is any items was missing? If yes, please hold the goods and check quantities before you signed in . Please ask a compensation code from the deliver guy right away if products were damaged or missing, meanwhile please contact with efest sales immediately. Then the matched efest sales will help you to resolve the problems.

2. Please count up again to your total goods quantity and check the products again, once there is any problems, please hold the goods first, then take some pictures ( outside and inside package, product detailed pictures, shipping Bill lable on the carton ) or a video to show to our efest sales immediately, then the matched efest sales will help you to check from both our side and your side together.
 
 
Remark:

When you received the package, if the receiver was not available to sign the shipping bills or if the shipping bills was signed by others ( the one who you authorized), but he figured out there is anything was missing, please offer some pictures as following basic requirements: the picture should include inner carton picture, outer carton picture, shipping bills picture ( DHL bill/Fedex bill/UPS bill ect.), full products picture and video, meanwhile please contact with DHL for asking a compensation code, then inform the compensation code to us, then efest company will handle accordingly.
