Efest Warranty 

 

IMPORTANT:  

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY.  

BY USING YOUR EFEST PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE EFEST WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT BELOW. 

 

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? 

For Efest Brand Battery and Charger Product Only.

Efest Warrants that the Efest brand Battery and charger, which against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Efest's published guidelines for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date mentioned in the receipt or Invoice of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Efest’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? 

This Warranty does not apply to any non-Efest brand products. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Efest, may provide their own warranties to you – please contact them for further information. Efest does not warrant that the operation of the Efest product will be error-free. Efest is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Efest product’s use.

 

This Warranty does not apply:  

(A) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

(B) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Efest product’s specifications (Efest product specifications are available at http://www.efestpower.com/ );

(C) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

(D) to damage caused by operating the Efest Product outside Efest’s published guidelines;

(E) to damage caused by service(including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Efest or an Efest Authorized Service Provider (“EASP”);

(F) to an Efest product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Efest;

(G) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Efest product;

(H) Efest battery shorted or damaged through improper usage;

(I) damaged through improper storage;

(J) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Efest product;

(K) if you are unable to provide your Efest product’s receipt.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Before receiving warranty service, Efest may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow Efest's procedures for obtaining warranty service. Before submitting your Efest product for warranty service you should maintain a separate copy of the receipt.

Important: Do not disassemble the Efest Product. Disassembling the Efest product may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Efest should perform service on this Efest Product.

WARRANTY PERIOD: 

WHAT WILL EFEST DO IN THE EVENT THE WARRANTY IS BREACHED? 

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Efest in accordance with this warranty, Efest will, at its option:

(i) repair the Efest product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,

(ii) replace the Efest product with the same model formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

When an Efest product is replaced, any replacement item becomes your property and the returned item becomes Efest's property.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE? 

Send a clear video that shows details of your Efest product’s issue and attachment with your serial number and receipt to help@efestpower.com.An Efest representative will help determine whether your Efest product requires service and, if it does, Efest will inform you how Efest will provide it. When contacting Efest via telephone, other charges may apply depending on your location.

WARRANTY SERVICE: 

Efest will provide warranty service below:

(i) Repair service. You may return your Efest product to Efest Company, and service will be performed at Efest Company. Once you are notified that service is complete, your Efest Product will be sent directly to your location. Efest is not responsible for any shipping costs for this service.

(ii) Replacement service: if Efest determines that your Efest product is eligible for replacement, Efest will inform whether you need to send back the Efest products or not.If yes, Efest will replace a new Efest product to you after receiving your Efest product. Responsibility for shipping costs for this service will be determined by Efest according to your Efest product inspection report.

Efest reserves the right to change the method by which Efest may provide warranty service to you, and your Efest product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. With your consent, Efest may repair or replace your Efest products. You may be responsible for shipping charges if the Efest product cannot be serviced free according to Efest engineering determination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, EFEST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION.

 

GENERAL: 

No Efest reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. Efest is the warrantor under this Warranty.
